Our Services & Business Activities

The Company has entered the new business activity of development and running of Hotels and Resorts and has also obtained shareholders approval in this regard.

Presently, the Company has proposed to develop one resort project at Panvel near Mumbai. Panvel, over the recent years, has been witnessing rapid pace growth as tourist place and also due to proposed International airport offering immense business potential for Hotels and Resorts. The Company is in process of land acquisition for the said resort project.

In order to have a strong foothold in the hospitality industry and in order to focus more on the new business activities, the Company is discontinuing the existing business activity of Leasing, Finance and Investment in the phased manner and deregister the Company as NBFC with Reserve Bank of India.
